"Little Caesars Pizza in 30 Minutes or Free of Charge" Terms of Conditions

• In case your order delivery takes more than 30 minutes, Little Caesars Pizza maximum liability is the highest priced item on the menu per order (excluding the additional options, i.e. Large Caesars Extra 36,90 TL). This amount will be reduced from the receipt. If the receipt amount is less, no fee will be taken or refunded...

• The 30 minute service guarantee is valid within the service delivery limits..

• 4 pizzas or more are considered as a batch order and not in the scope of "Little Caesars Pizza in 30 Minutes or Free of Charge" guarantee

• Little Caesars Pizza does not impose a penalty on delivery personnel for late deliveries.

• Little Caesars Pizza holds the right to annul its service guarantee without notice.

• The 30 minute guarantee is not valid for promotion days specific to the restaurant, special days, for bad weather conditions and between 23:30-02:00 night service hours.

• There is no 30 minutes delivery guarantee if the delivery time of the restaurant which is stated on the restaurant's page is over 30 minutes.

• There is no guarantee for 30 minutes in areas such as Hospitals, Schools, Business Centers and Sites.

• If the order is being redirected to another Little Caesars Pizza branch, 30 minutes delivery guarantee starts when the correct restaurant receives the order. You can check the redirection status of your order from previous orders section.

• For specific address notifications, spelling errors (street/street name or house number is typed incorrectly) 30-minute delivery guarantee is not given.

• For the wrong product deliveries, a new product replacement will be done if the refund is made. Fee has to be paid by user if the wrong product is not returned.

• There is no 30 minutes delivery guarantee if the instant delivery time of the restaurant which is stated on the restaurant's page is more than 30 minutes.

• If the order is being redirected to another Little Caesars Pizza branch, 30 minutes delivery guarantee starts when the correct restaurant receives the order. You can check the redirection status of your order from previous orders section.

• Due to driving safety of delivery personnel service areas are limited.
