In case of disfavour of the pizza in your order, you can ask for refund or try another item from the menu. Maximum liability for Domino’s Pizza is limited to the highest priced item and/or one item per order.

Terms and Conditions for “Free of Charge in case of Disfavour” Guarantee

1. In case of disfavour of the pizza in your order, maximum liability for Domino’s Pizza is limited to the highest priced item and/or one item per order. This amount will be reduced from the receipt. If the receipt amount is less, no extra fee will be asked for or paid back.

2. In order to execute the refund, the receipt of the order and the credit card print should be returned to delivery personnel at the moment of refund.

3. At the moment of refund, the given the form of  “Free of Charge in case of Disfavour” should be filled out completely and delivered to delivery personnel.

4. Domino’s Pizza reserves the right to withdraw the “Free of Charge in case of Disfavour” service without any prior information.

5. Domino’s Pizza does not penalize its delivery or cook personnel for this service.

6. In order to benefit from “Free of Charge in case of Disfavour” guarantee, the customer should inform Domino’s Pizza within 60 minutes starting from delivery of the order. The requests submitted past due this time will be considered invalid.

7. The refund will be executed the same day depending on the restaurant’s operating conditions.

8. The refund will be executed according to the payment method that is used.

9. A customer can benefit maximum twice from this guarantee service.

Terms and Conditions for Service Guarantee of Less Than 30 Minutes or Free

1. Domino’s Pizza’s maximum liability is the highest priced one item per order. The amount will be reduced from the receipt. If the receipt amount is less, no extra fee will be asked for or paid back.

2. The 30 minute service guarantee is in valid within service limits. Please check the delivery areas from restaurant warnings part, before placing your order.

3. Service guarantee of less than 30 minutes or free shall not be valid on bulk orders (4 or more pizza orders).

4. Domino’s Pizza does not penalize its personnel for late deliveries.

5. Domino’s Pizza reserves the right to withdraw the “Service Guarantee of Less Than 30 Minutes or Free” without any prior information.

6. 30 minutes delivery guarantee shall not be applicable on promotion days, rainy days or bad weather conditions and between hours 23:30-06:00.

7. 30 minutes delivery is applicable up to the reception or security units of the hospitals, schools, business centers, sites and buildings suchlike.

8. 30 minutes delivery guarantee is not applicable in case of lack of information or any incorrect information related to the delivery address.

   9. In case of being directed to another branch, 30 minutes delivery guarantee of your order starts when received by the directed branch. The details of the process will be sent to the e-mail address that is specified in your order.

Terms and Conditions for Orders

1. Delivery areas are limited to the 30 minutes guarantee regions of the restaurant. Please check the delivery areas from restaurant warnings part, before placing your order.

2. Delivery areas are limited concerning the safety of the delivery personnel.

3. VAT is included in the prices and TL dominated.

4. Domino’s Pizza preserves the right to change the prices or the promotions.

5. Promotions cannot be combined and/or used with special menus.

6. Promotions are valid until expiration dates.

7. Prices in the menu are sales prices Domino’s Pizza offers.
